Reading your face?

I am ready a really informative book  by Lauren Conrad titled Beauty
She talks about reading your face and developing an understanding your face and the areas where you may tend to get breakouts and what may be triggering them.
If you havent read this book then go to barnes and noble or check on Amazon and get it..
I wanted to share this with you.

Forehead--Breakouts across the forehead can be triggered by stress and sleep deprivation.

Above the brow--- The area above the brows represents your immune system. Breakouts tend to appear before, after , or during a cold or flu.

Between your brows--- Breakouts between the brows are often caused by overindulgence. try cutting back on sugar, rich foods, and alcohol.

Cheeks---Your cheeks are affected by your lung quality. Smoking and breathing polluted air can cause breakouts here.

Side of chin--- The sides of your chin are affected by hormones. Breakouts occur around the time of your period and more on one side depending on which ovary is ovulating that month.
