Easy enchiladas with spanish rice

These are the things that we are using.   One can of enchilada sauce.  I used mild but you can use hotter if you want. This is the 19 oz can.

                                         This is the bean and cheese burritos. The family pack. You use two packs. I actually was suppost to use two but messed up and only used one. There are 8 in one pack.

                                           8 oz. package of shredded cheese. I used the colby and  monterey jack but you can use your favorite blend.

                                        Heat oven to 350 degrees.

                                          Place the burritos in a baking dish. Im not sure the size of this.

                                          Pour the enchilada sauce over the burritos. Place in oven and bake for 28 minutes.

                                         After the 28 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with the cheese. Place back in  for a few more minutes to melt the cheese.

While the cheese is melting, do the rice

                                          8.8 oz uncle ben's ready rice in spanish style.  Tear open the top a little and place in the microwave for 90 sec.

                                             When the cheese is melted, take the dish out of the oven. and serve.

                                           This is it dished up. I did add a little cheese to my rice, but thats me. You dont have to.
